Shipping policy

We deliver across the Republic of North Macedonia by courier or our own transport. Stock items ship from our warehouse in Skopje after order confirmation and payment; import-to-order items within the time stated in the written quote, which is an estimate. Delivery costs are stated in the quote or pro-forma invoice.

Risk passes to the buyer on handover. Check the consignment on receipt and record any visible damage on the delivery note or the carrier's document. Test kits are shipped at ambient temperature and must be stored at 2–8 °C on receipt, never frozen. Delivery outside North Macedonia only under a separate written agreement.
